Starlight Park’s pricing starts around AED 988,000, making it attractive to both end-users and investors.

The Cube Residences and Gate Eleven

After the successful launch of Starlight Park, Amwaj expanded its portfolio with The Cube Residences in the same district. This mid-rise project offers one- and two-bedroom apartments, designed to combine space efficiency with modern comfort. It includes lifestyle amenities such as rooftop pools, co-working lounges, and fitness spaces. The project is scheduled for completion in the last quarter of 2026 and represents Amwaj’s push to develop premium living environments at competitive price points.

In addition to its core projects, Amwaj has partnered with OCTA Properties to develop a lagoon-facing community in Meydan District 11. This partnership signals the company’s growing ambition and its intent to expand its residential footprint.
