Khansaheb facilities management grows stronger. Dubai firm Khansaheb Group buys Anabeeb from EMSTEEL to boost its Khansaheb facilities management work. This step helps the company handle more building and upkeep jobs in the UAE.

Deal Basics

Khansaheb Group takes over Anabeeb, a pipe-making unit owned by EMSTEEL. The unit sits in Abu Dhabi and makes PVC and GRP pipes. It has four production lines that turn out 33,000 tonnes of pipes each year.

Workers at Anabeeb produce CC-GRP pipes, PVC-U pipes, fittings, drip irrigation pipes, and sacks. These items go into water systems, sewage lines, and factory networks across the Gulf. Khansaheb now makes these pipes in-house for its projects.

Why It Matters

Khansaheb facilities management links up the pipe supply with its daily services. The group runs civil engineering, air conditioning, upkeep, and property care. This buy lets them control the full chain from making pipes to installing them on site.

Abdulrahman Khansaheb, the Managing Director, says the deal builds their lead in pipe work for big projects. Teams can now fix and build faster with ready supplies. It cuts wait times and costs for clients in Dubai and beyond.

EMSTEEL lets go of Anabeeb to stick to its main steel business. CEO Eng. Saeed Ghumran Al Remeithi calls it a smart move to focus on core strengths. The sale wrapped up in January 2026, with no price details shared.

Company Facts

Khansaheb Group started in 1935 as a family business. Today, it hires over 5,500 people, mostly in Dubai. They build landmarks, roads, and handle Khansaheb facilities management for offices, homes, and factories.

The group serves the UAE’s growth in homes, roads, and energy. Anabeeb fits right in, as pipes are key for new water and waste systems. Clients get reliable service from one trusted name.

EMSTEEL stays big in steel sheets and bars after the sale. Listed in Abu Dhabi, it sharpens its lineup for market needs. Both firms gain from the switch.

Future Outlook

Khansaheb facilities management eyes more UAE contracts. With pipes on hand, they chase water projects and factory builds. The Gulf needs strong setups as cities expand.

This deal shows UAE companies teaming up for better results. Khansaheb grows its reach while EMSTEEL trims down. Workers keep jobs, and projects move ahead smoothly.
